C Pam Zhang is the author of the novel HOW MUCH OF THESE HILLS IS GOLD, a national bestseller that is being translated into eight languages. Her writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The Cut, McSweeney's Quarterly, The Pushcart Prize Anthology, and elsewhere. She was born in Beijing but is mostly an artifact of the United States.
